PRODIA Technologies, Inc. (“Prodia”, “we” or “us”) provides a platform, mobile applications, and related online services (the “Platform”) that help wellness facilities and healthcare providers (collectively, “Providers”) deliver personalized health insights based on biomarker and wearable data (our “Services”). We also operate our website (the “Site”) to promote our Services.

This Privacy Policy explains:

  1. How we handle personal data that we collect or access through our Platform (“User Information”); and

  2. How we collect, use, and share personal information that you provide when you visit our Site (“Site Information”).

We refer to User Information and Site Information together in this Privacy Policy as “Personal Information.”

When you use our application or devices, we collect the following categories of User Information:

  • Communications, such as when you contact us with questions or feedback.

  • Device and usage data, including IP address, operating system, browser type, location, and engagement with our communications.

We use User Information to:

  • Analyze biomarker data, generate health dashboards, and provide personalized wellness recommendations.

  • Maintain, improve, and develop our Platform and Services.

We share User Information with:

  • Your Provider, to allow result discussions and treatment recommendations.

User Information may constitute Protected Health Information (“PHI”) under HIPAA. As a “business associate,” Prodia protects PHI in accordance with HIPAA requirements.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to PHI that you or your Provider input into our Platform or share through our Services. That information is governed by your Provider’s privacy policy. Please contact your Provider for more information.

 

HOW WE COLLECT, USE AND SHARE SITE INFORMATION

We collect the following Site Information:

  • Contact details, such as your name and email when you submit our “Contact Us” form.

  • Communications, such as feedback or inquiries through the Site.

  • Marketing information, such as your communication preferences and engagement metrics.
